How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

Please give roughly 2 – 3 weeks from order date for delivery.

I have only received one of two masks I purchased – when will my remaining items be delivered?

If you purchased masks from different designers, each will arrive separately. All should arrive within 2 weeks from the order date.

What features do the masks have?

All masks include these features: ✨ 3-ply and washable ✨ Inner lining slit to slide your PM 2.5 carbon filter in ✨ Adjustable straps ✨ Nose wire to shape the area around your nose

What is the size of the masks?

All adult masks are 9″ across and 5.9″ vertical. Triologie’s children-sized masks are 7.5″ across and 4.5″ vertical, and fit children aged 2-6 years old.

I am worried that the masks will not fit me; do you have different sizing?

All masks have adjustable loops and should work for different face sizes. However, if you prefer, Triologie’s masks may be customised upon request.

How do I maintain my masks?

Wash before use for hygiene. Hand wash only, in cool, mildly soapy water. For silk masks, rub the lining gently, not the surface fabric, and do not soak it in water. Remove excess moisture by patting dry with a towel. When washing red-lined masks for the first time, the red might run a little, but will eventually stop. It will not stain the skin. Please also change the PM 2.5 carbon filter after every 5 wears. To place your filter into the mask, slot it into the inner lining of the mask.

How come my mask does not look exactly like the image on the site?

Due to the nature of the overall fabric print, each mask will be unique with a different print placement.

Can my purchase be exchanged or refunded?

Unfortunately, to maintain hygienic practice, we cannot exchange or refund masks after they are shipped out.

Will we restock our “out of stock” masks or have new designs?

Many “out of stock” masks may not be restocked because the fabric is limited and no longer available. However, the designers are continuously replenishing the site with new designs, so be on the lookout, and constantly check back!

Can I include gift cards with my order?

Ann’s AT.TITUDE masks can include a gift card and handwritten messages upon request.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently do not ship overseas.

Can I pay for my mask in person?

No, all transactions happen online at

You may put in a request, and we will see if it can be done for you.

Can we track our shipment?

No, but if your product has not arrived within 2 weeks, please reach out to us so we can contact the designer and track your order.
