SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at THE LABEL SG. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and delivery for masks will take 2 – 3 weeks upon order date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to Local Addresses

THE LABEL SG ships to addresses within Singapore only.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once you have completed your purchase.

Damages

THE LABEL SG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Singapore.

Returns Policy

Upon receiving your product, you will have the option to return or refund within 7 days if the item delivered is not what was ordered. You would need to send an email to enquiry@thelabelsg.com to give more information about your order and the reason for return or refund. This is subject to approval from THE LABEL SG and the associated companies’ that sold that particular product.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Due to our commitment to ensure a quick turnaround and processing time, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been put through. However in the rare event we have not processed your item, we may be able to do so upon receipt of your email. In the event that the item has run out of stock, we will contact and issue you a full refund promptly. Due to hygiene aspects associated with masks, all masks are non returnable or refundable unless there are manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective mask, please contact us at enquiry@thelabelsg.com
